Potential Signature Programs
Twenty working groups have been formed to focus on potential signature areas for RBHS. Each working group has been charged to analyze strengths and gaps in existing research, education, clinical, and community programs in a specific area, as appropriate, and develop a five-year plan that will include recommendations designed to enhance faculty collaboration across the institution and enable RBHS to become “best-in-class” nationally. Each working group also has been charged with identifying metrics and providing a timeline for the achievement of the recommendations, focusing on growth of current areas of strength, improvement of weaknesses, and opportunities.
